mixed use proposal for urban location

bpr were invited to prepare feasibility designs for a new mixed use masterplan at a site in London, neighbouring a railway viaduct to the south and an existing residential development to the north.

The existing site is divided into a number of demises for warehouses, including those located within the existing railway arches of the viaduct.

The proposed scheme integrates residential, office, retail, and industrial uses, and provides external civic courtyards and spaces, such as a new park area above the existing disused area of the railway viaduct.
