BPR are pleased to announce that our regeneration proposal for an existing office building in Uxbridge has been granted planning permission.
The proposal includes remodelling the existing internal core layout and a new rear extension to increase the net lettable floor area from 20,000 – 30,000 sqft. This will allow Teal House to be marketed as a business head-quarters building to large corporations.
The proposal also includes a new double height entrance lobby that will enhance the dated appearance of the existing 1990s building. The new lobby employs contemporary design and materiality including structural glass and black zinc.
Additional parking, cycle storage, and provision for electric vehicle charge points will be included around the site and screened by a landscape architect prepared landscaping proposal.
